Our family had an amazing stay at Heddfan. The lodge was immaculately clean, and the hosts provided a thoughtful welcome pack. The rooms were better than some hotels, and everything was done to a high standard. We loved the entertainment selection of DVDs and board games, and the location facing the green provided privacy. The river across from the lodge was a hit with the children, and we even ordered an inflatable boat to enjoy it fully. The hosts made us feel welcomed and ensured our needs were met. We loved it so much that we booked for next year!

The accommodation was perfect for our romantic escape. the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere made it the ideal location. We loved taking long walks along the river and enjoying the stunning scenery. the lodge itself was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the hosts were also very helpful and provided us with a lovely welcome pack. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

That we couldn't find the DVD control, which was mentioned in the information pack. this was a minor inconvenience and didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of the lodge.

My recent stay at Heddfan, the Luxury 3 Bedroom Timber Lodge in Caer Beris Holiday Park was absolutely amazing! The lodge was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished, making it feel like a high-end hotel. The location was perfect, as we were surrounded by nature and enjoyed peaceful river walks. The abundance of wildlife, especially the adorable bunnies, made the experience even more magical. The lodge had everything we needed, from excellent facilities to a great selection of games and DVDs. The communication from the host was also top-notch. Despite a few cobwebs that my husband had to clear, the overall cleanliness was commendable. The only drawback was the lack of WiFi, but it actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise, allowing us to have a real retreat and quality time as a family. I would definitely return to Heddfan in the future and highly recommend it to others. it was an unforgettable and enjoyable stay.

The location was perfect, facing a beautiful green with a river opposite for fishing and outdoor fun. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring all our needs were met to an excellent standard. No WiFi was actually a blessing in disguise, providing the perfect retreat for our family. One of the bunk beds in the lodge was uncomfortable and definitely not big enough for an adult. It would have been better if all the beds were suitable for adults.

What an incredible stay! The location was mind-blowing, surrounded by breathtaking nature and river walks. The lodge itself was super clean, bright, and had all the necessary amenities - from an electric kettle to a flat-screen TV. The welcome basket with Welsh cakes and biscuits was a lovely touch. We enjoyed the outdoor dining area and made use of the hiking, fishing, golf course, tennis court, and bowling facilities. The communication from the host was excellent and we felt very welcomed. Already looking forward to our next visit! No smoking on site.
